From day one, Peach Payments’ co-founders have prioritised their values of trust, integrity, and customer-centricity, and these are still the backbone of the business.

How quickly will I get my money?

Peach Payments operates a daily settlements cycle, where you will get your money the next business day after your transaction are processed. That means that for transactions processed on Monday, you will get settled on Tuesday. For transactions processed on a Friday and over the weekend, you will be settled on Monday. Transactions processed on public holidays are also settled on the next business day. 

Can I sign up without a registered business?

Absolutely! We accept applications from sole proprietors as well as registered businesses. 

What if I don't have a working website yet?

No problem! We help many business without websites accept online payments. For example, our Payment Links platform allows you to send your customers a link which allows them to pay you through a secure payment page hosted by Peach Payments. Just fill out the form below and we will get you set up immediately.

Can I accept a foreign currency like USD or EUR?

You can display your prices in any foreign currency when using our Woocommerce plugin or a custom integration.  When your customer makes a purchase, the customer will see the transaction in his or her home currency.

However, you will only receive your funds (also called a “settlement”) in your home currency (i.e. Rands if you have a South African bank account). 

I am applying for my own merchant account. Can I negotiate my fees?

Absolutely!  If you have your own merchant account, or want to get your own merchant account, we can facilitate that on your behalf.

You would be eligible for our Enterprise plan so you should click the “Contact Us” button on this page to negotiate your rates with our sales team. 

Can I sign up as a drop-shipper?

Unfortunately, we do not accept drop-shipping businesses currently. 

 

Are there any setup or monthly fees?

There are no setup fees for the Growth Plan. However there is a monthly fee of R499 for the Growth Plan.

There could be setup or monthly fees for the Enterprise plan, depending on what services you need.  A sales team member can discuss this with you so you get the best possible account setup and pricing. 

Can I accept foreign credit & debit cards?

Absolutely! Both of our plans allow for any credit or debit card issued anywhere in the world to be accepted.
